Getting Here
You can find directions to Vassar College for various modes of transit on their website, at vassar.edu/visit/tour.
Since the conference will be taking place during the college’s operating hours, we ask that you not park on Main Campus or Raymond Avenue. Please park in the North Parking Lot.
We recommend arriving at 8:45 AM in order to secure parking and make your way to check-in.
Checking In
Check-in begins at 9:00 AM and ends at 9:45 AM. Please arrive to check-in no later than 9:30 AM to ensure that you have sufficient time to check in. There, you will be provided a conference program, t-shirt, and morning refreshments.
Navigating Campus
There are various wayfinding signs across campus that you may reference. There is also a map of campus online, at map.vassar.edu. We will also affix various signs specifically for the conference around campus.
